Movement with Lanika

Certified group fitness, personal trainer, and yoga instructor LaNika Hampton of Aura Vibez Studios will be leading movement classes every Friday from 5 pm to 6 pm, right here at Terri's Cakes! Aura Vibez Studios, the first movement studio in East English Village, is set to open at The Ribbon in Spring 2025. Come support the studio's development and experience some of the classes that will be offered.

From Yoga to HIIT, Animal Flow, Shadow Boxing and much more, these classes are beginner-friendly and designed to help you connect mind, body, and spirit through functional movements.

Join us on Fridays from 5pm - 6pm for a functional movements class. A functional movement class improves strength, mobility, and coordination using exercises that mimic everyday activities, enhancing overall fitness and preventing injuries. It will be a transformative experience!
