Private Event Refundable Deposit

A refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure the event space. This deposit ensures the space is maintained in its original condition. The full amount will be refunded following the event, provided the space is returned in its original state, free from damages, excessive cleaning requirements, or alterations.

Please note that the deposit refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the event, pending a final inspection of the space.
